Employee SMS Consent Confirmation

FrontFlow sends transactional visitor arrival SMS alerts only to employees/providers of businesses that use FrontFlow. FrontFlow does not send promotional, marketing, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or customer-facing SMS messages.

Recipients are employees/providers, not visitors or customers.

Before an employee/provider mobile number is added or updated in FrontFlow, the business obtains express written consent from that employee/provider through an electronic or paper authorization process.

The employee/provider is shown this disclosure before their mobile number is entered into FrontFlow:

“By providing my mobile number, I agree to receive FrontFlow visitor arrival SMS alerts from my employer/business location. Messages are sent only when a visitor checks in at the kiosk and selects me. Message frequency varies based on visitor arrivals. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”

After express written consent is obtained, the Site Admin records the consent in FrontFlow by checking “SMS Opt-In Consent confirmed” before saving the employee/provider mobile number. Consent confirmation remains visible and editable for each employee/provider record.

I authorize my employer or business location to retain this authorization and record my consent in FrontFlow. Consent is not a condition of employment or receiving services.

The employer or business location retains the completed written authorization. After receiving it, the Site Admin records the confirmation in FrontFlow. FrontFlow retains the confirmation timestamp and confirming administrator. Employees/providers without confirmed consent are excluded from the kiosk and SMS notification flow.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, lead generation, or affiliate marketing purposes.
