These Terms and Conditions describe the basic terms for using FrontFlow. By using FrontFlow, you agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and policies.

Use of FrontFlow

FrontFlow is a hosted service for sending visitor arrival alerts and related notifications to authorized users for a site or organization. You may use FrontFlow only for lawful business purposes and only for sites, employees, and notification recipients you are authorized to manage.

Site Administrator Responsibilities

Each FrontFlow site must have a designated administrator or authorized operator. The site administrator is responsible for managing users, maintaining accurate site information, and ensuring that FrontFlow is used only for appropriate visitor arrival notifications.

The site administrator is responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate express written consent from each individual before entering, uploading, storing, or using that individual’s phone number in FrontFlow for SMS, text message, or other arrival alerts.

The site administrator is also responsible for ensuring that each phone number is used only for permitted FrontFlow notifications and in compliance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, organizational policies, and consent requirements.

FrontFlow SMS messages are transactional visitor arrival alerts sent only to employee/provider recipients after express written consent has been obtained. FrontFlow does not send marketing, promotional, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or customer-facing SMS messages.

FrontFlow SMS Visitor Arrival Alerts

FrontFlow sends recurring transactional visitor arrival SMS alerts only to employees/providers who have provided express written consent. Messages are sent when a visitor checks in at a FrontFlow kiosk and selects the employee/provider. Message frequency varies based on visitor arrivals. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

FrontFlow does not send marketing, promotional, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or customer-facing SMS messages. SMS consent is not a condition of employment, purchasing goods or services, or receiving services.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records are not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, lead generation, or affiliate marketing purposes.

Privacy

FrontFlow collects and stores information needed to provide visitor check-in, site administration, and arrival notification services. This may include visitor names, site details, employee or provider names, mobile phone numbers, notification settings, and arrival records.

FrontFlow will not sell information gathered through the service. FrontFlow will not distribute that information to third parties except as needed to operate the service, deliver notifications, comply with legal requirements, or protect the security and reliability of FrontFlow.

Message Delivery

FrontFlow helps deliver arrival alerts, but message delivery may depend on third-party providers, mobile carriers, network availability, recipient device settings, and other factors outside of FrontFlow’s control. Message and data rates may apply to recipients.

Acceptable Use

You may not use FrontFlow to send spam, marketing messages, deceptive messages, unlawful messages, or alerts to people who have not provided appropriate consent. You may not attempt to interfere with the security, reliability, or operation of the service.

Changes to the Service or Terms

FrontFlow may update the service or these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of FrontFlow after updates means you accept the updated terms.
